The Department of Prevention in the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering at Al-Sharq University seeks to prepare agricultural engineers specialized in the field of plant protection, and work to find solutions to the various diseases and pests that agriculture suffers from in the areas of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, as well as offering all control solutions, whether chemical, biological or Agricultural, as well as developing scientific research horizons in the field of pest and disease control and methods of dealing with them in a way that serves the development of natural resources and access to an environmentally clean product free from contamination with pesticide residues.
