Al-Sharq University strengthens its presence in Tabqa by opening another branch

 

Al-Sharq University celebrated the opening of its new branch in Tabqa District (the Engineering Institute and the Kurdish Language Institute) on 11/17/2024.

 

The celebration was opened by the joint presidency of Al-Sharq A University. Rana Abdel Qader in her words:

From the city of Harun al-Rashid, Raqqa, and from the beauty of nature in the Pearl of the Euphrates, Tabqa, we gather with distinguished guests to inaugurate this great edifice, the branch of the University of the East in Tabqa District. We set out from the title and slogan of the East, the source of knowledge, to bring our students to the levels of knowledge with their efforts, thanks to the distinguished teaching staff and under the supervision of successful administrative cadres, in addition to distinguished consultants. We hope that the slogan of Al-Sharq, the Source of Knowledge, will remain a shining symbol in the sky of science, and from this platform, Al-Sharq University extends its thanks to everyone who contributed and participated in establishing this scientific edifice.”

The opening speech was followed by several speeches delivered by the joint presidency of the Council of Universities of North and East Syria, the Executive Council of Tabqa Province, and the joint presidency of the Education Authority in Tabqa. They blessed and congratulated the opening of this great edifice.

The ceremony concluded with a varied singing performance.

With this opening, Al-Sharq University confirms its determination to provide the best means of education and training for our students, and to enhance its role in building society and developing local competencies. We look forward to a bright future full of achievements and successes with this new branch, and we wish all students, teaching and administrative staff success in their academic careers.
